Saturday 1 April Christchurch Symphony Orchestra
I will play and conduct an all-Mozart programme including two of the most beautiful piano concertos, K.488 and K.466. Charles Luney Auditorium, St Margarets College, 7.30pm.
Friday 7 April and Saturday 8 April Festival of Colour
The fabulous Wanaka festival is on again. On the Friday I will play a one-hour programme of Bach Preludes and Fugues, in the Lake Wanaka Centre, starting at 10.30am. On the Saturday, in the same venue, I will join the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra again to play two Mozart concertos, starting at noon. (This concert is sold out but there are tickets available for the hour rehearsal starting at 10.30am.)
April/May The Rodger Fox Big Band
Back on the road with the fox and his musos, with two new works under our belts, one a sensational reworking of the Bach D minor keyboard concerto.

Saturday 20 May and Sunday 21 May Bach Weekend in Auckland
I will play both books of ‘The Well-tempered Klavier’ (Saturday at 7.30pm and Sunday at 5pm) as well as giving a masterclass (Sunday 10.00am). There will also be masterclasses and talks by Rae De Lisle, Stephen DePledge, James Tibbles and Peter Watts. This is a collaborative venture by the Auckland branch of the Institute of Registered Music Teachers and the music department at the University of Auckland. The venue is the Music Theatre at the university.
